We are thrilled to announce that Fuji Europe Africa BV together with the innovative technology start-up Dutch Structuring Technologies (DST) and specialist machine manufacturer Sobatech Continuous Mixing have recently been awarded with a substantial EU subsidy to fund the scale-up to 1000kg/h of DST’s novel Continuous High Shear technology for the production of textured plant-protein with a meat-like fibrous structure.
The Deputy of the Province of Limburg visited DST to officially present the subsidy to Julian Lekner, CEO of DST.
