Fuji Oil Europe is proud to announce the name change of our subsidiary in Ghana from International Oils & Fats LTD. to Fuji Oil Ghana LTD.
International Oils & Fats LTD. was the first business operation to be established in Africa for Shea butter fractionation. Fuji Oil Europe acquired a 50% share in 2013 and became the 100% owner in 2016.
The change of name in 2020 to Fuji Oil Ghana LTD. completes the integration of the shea fractionation activities into the global structure of the Fuji Oil Group.
