The Fuji Oil Global Innovation Center Europe was established to use open innovation and our ecosystem of partners to innovate sustainable solutions to solve societal challenges. The Center acts as a co-creation hub, working with European partners focusing on the development of plant-based and other sustainable technologies.
Our ecosystem
Our ecosystem consists of partners in academic research, companies,
start-ups and individual experts. We are active participants in public-
private research consortia and 1-2-1 projects focused on sustainable
technologies and plant-based foods.
Areas of Focus
Part of our mission is to identify, evaluate and obtain access to materials or technologies that can improve the efficiency or sustainability of our current products or processes. However, we also have an eye on the future and work on innovations that will lead to clean, green, tasty and healthy plant-based foods that go beyond what is currently available.
