Payroll & HR Officer


Within our HR-team you are responsible for correct payroll processing and according administration. This is mainly about employees, executives and expats but you’re also the back-up for your colleague who’s taking care of the labor force.

Following tasks also belong to your responsibilities as Payroll and HR-officer:

  • Starting from your analytical point of view, you take care of the reporting related to payroll, but you also help to name internal issues, support HR-projects, foundation decisions
  • You like to dig in social legislation in order to translate it into everyday practice (adjustments to time registration systems, correct coding in payroll processing, optimization of reports etc.), you find out how things work and know how to adapt the right tools
  • Your job is more than just payroll. It’s about our employees. You support them of the moment they join us to the moment they leave our company
  • You’re focused on efficiency and enjoy working with us to further optimize our HR department. There are opportunities to develop further into a broader HR role over time

You report to the HR-manager.



What are we looking for in you as the ideal candidate for this position?

  • You have a bacherlor degree (ex. Social work,..)
  • And/or you have at least 2 years of experience in an similar role
  • Preferably you know E-Blox
  • Knowledge of the time registration system ‘Primetime’ (GET) is a plus
  • Positivity and teamplay is important to you
  • Working proactively and controlling yourself is something you do constantly
  • You’re looking for an approachable culture with a hands-on mentality
  • You’re integer, curious and thoughtful
  • Languages: Dutch and English, both verbal and written
