We are the European division of the FUJI OIL Group . The FUJI OIL group, with headquarters in Osaka (Japan), is a global leader in the production of foodstuffs and in the development and production of vegetable oils and fats for specific applications.
The headquarters and main production site of Fuji Oil Europe are located in the seaport of Ghent, Belgium. Commercial operations started in 1992. Today we are a leading producer of oils and fats for the chocolate and confectionary industry, as well as for the biscuits and ice cream industry. FUJI OIL EUROPE ingredients are also found in infant food formulas, the margarine and dairy industry, and the fried snack business. FUJI OIL EUROPE is responsible for about 10% of the group's turnover. The key to our achievement is explained in our specific company mission.

The geographical area that is covered by FUJI OIL EUROPE, extends from the UK in the west to the Ural Mountains of Russia in the east, and from Scandinavia in the north to Spain and Portugal in the south.
We therefore run commercial and technical support offices in Moscow (Russia), Warschau (Poland - Fuji Oil Polska) and in Barcelona ( Spain - Fuji Oil Iberica) (contact).
Most of the products that leave our refinery, are loaded in bulk tanker trucks, but we also have packaging lines to market products in boxes of 20 kilos, as well as in drums of 200 kilos.

Flanders Fillings & Compounds relies upon the in-house fat technology of Fuji Oil Europe. Only the most functional and the most performing fats are selected according to the application of the customer. This is unique in the business.
Talking about anti-bloom, crystalisation, viscosity, non-hydro and zero-trans fats, one-shot and extrusion technology, bakestable recipes, specific textures and flexibility of the coatings, our product development team will provide an adequate and affordable solution. We do offer recipes with traditional ingredients as well (cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and milkfat based).
The products are sold bulk liquid, in containers of 5,10 and 20 kilo net, as well as in easy-melt drops packed (10 and 16 kilo net). Flanders Fillings & Compounds largely depends on the products and on the expertise of Fuji Oil Europe. |
